A gas-fired thermal power project in Zhejiang

The reverse osmosis (RO) system treats effluent from a wastewater treatment plant - pretreatment through ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis -to provide high-quality boiler make-up water for key process units.Since the project's launched in 2022, all three sets membrane systems across the workshops have been gradually upgraded with KeenSen BW-8040XLFR membrane model. Since the replacement and commissioning of membranes , the RO units have been operating with excellent stability. To date, both the permeate flow and water quality consistently meet the strict requirements of the end user, demonstrating the outstanding performance and reliability of KeenSen membrane.

A thermal power plant in Zhejiang

This power plant in Shaoxing uses river water as its source, which is treated through pretreatment, reverse osmosis (RO), and EDI to produce demineralized process water for industrial units. The system has a treatment capacity of 100,000 m³/day.
Since 2021, the plant has adopted membrane products from KeenSen, with nearly 5,000pcs membranes replaced to date. The RO systems have been operating stably, and the current permeate flow and water quality consistently meet the requirements of the owner's requirements.
