Wastewater reuse project at a certain electronics factory in Dongshan

The project's raw water is wastewater from circuit board cleaning, containing small amounts of copper ions (0.67mg/L), nickel ions (0.038mg/L), and ammonia nitrogen; the water quality is complex. A reverse osmosis membrane process is used. Originally, imported anti-pollution membrane elements were used. In 2018, these were replaced with 180 Qinsen High-Tech reverse osmosis series "BW-8040FR" membrane elements. The treated water quality meets the standard for recycled water (conductivity <250μs/cm).

A certain electronics factory in Xiamen

The factory uses reverse osmosis to treat tap water, and the reverse osmosis water is further processed by the backend process for the production of electronic components. The factory has been using 560 Qinsen High-tech brackish water BW-8040 membrane elements since 2020. The membrane system has maintained stable performance and has received positive feedback from users.
