Case Details

Project Overview

In this water reclamation project, the raw water is textile dyeing wastewater. Through pretreatment and nanofiltration (NF) treatment, the produced water is reused as process water. In October 2022 and February 2023, the NF membrane elements in Train AB and Train CD were replaced respectively, with a total replacement quantity of 720 elements. Since commissioning, the NF system has maintained stable operation, with both produced water flow rate and quality currently meeting the owner's specifications.
