Engineering Case
A water plant in Inner Mongolia
The project primarily uses deep well groundwater as its raw water source. The total water treatment capacity is 30,000 m³/d, employing an advanced "UF+RO dual membrane" deep treatment process to ensure safe, stable, and efficient equipment operation. The treated water quality meets the national standard for "Hygiene Standards for Drinking Water" (GB5749-2006).

Wastewater reuse project at a paper mill in Indonesia
A paper mill in Indonesia adopts a dual-membrane process to treat surface water, with a daily capacity of 30,000 tons. The produced water is utilized for paper manufacturing. The system comprises 32 skid-mounted units, each equipped with 336 membrane elements.
Approximately 4,368 units of BW-8040FR membrane elements were procured between 2019 and 2020. Currently, the system operates stably, with both water production volume and quality meeting manufacturing requirements.

Wastewater reuse project of a paper mill in Shandong
A wastewater reuse project at a paper mill in Shandong Province, with a daily treatment capacity of 30,000 tons, adopts the "Biological Treatment + Multi-media Filtration + UF + RO" process. The produced water is recycled for production. The system comprises 8 skid-mounted units (6 operational + 2 standby), utilizing a total of 1,728 membrane elements. All RO membranes are BW-8040LFR model, supplied by KeenSen.

Wastewater reuse project at a certain electronics factory in Dongshan
The project's raw water is wastewater from circuit board cleaning, containing small amounts of copper ions (0.67mg/L), nickel ions (0.038mg/L), and ammonia nitrogen; the water quality is complex. A reverse osmosis membrane process is used. Originally, imported anti-pollution membrane elements were used. In 2018, these were replaced with 180 Qinsen High-Tech reverse osmosis series "BW-8040FR" membrane elements. The treated water quality meets the standard for recycled water (conductivity <250μs/cm).

A certain electronics factory in Xiamen
The factory uses reverse osmosis to treat tap water, and the reverse osmosis water is further processed by the backend process for the production of electronic components. The factory has been using 560 Qinsen High-tech brackish water BW-8040 membrane elements since 2020. The membrane system has maintained stable performance and has received positive feedback from users.
