A coal chemical enterprise in Xinjiang uses multiple reverse osmosis membrane systems to treat workshop circulating water wastewater and water softening backwashing wastewater. This water is characterized by high hardness and high conductivity. The treatment process consists of coagulation sedimentation, multi-media filtration, disc filter, ultrafiltration, and reverse osmosis membrane system. The reverse osmosis membrane system has a treatment capacity of 400 m³/h, and the produced water is used for cooling tower water replenishment.
In June 2020, the workshop replaced the original imported membrane elements "PROC10" in the reverse osmosis membrane system with 432 Keensen technology star products "BW-8040FR" membrane elements. After system installation and commissioning, and after continuous 168h of operation and acceptance, all indicators met the workshop's water requirements, and received high customer recognition.
After completing the project installation and commissioning, in order for customers to better understand Keensen products, our product application engineers organized relevant personnel from the water treatment workshop to conduct Reverse Osmosis Membrane system installation, maintenance, and chemical cleaning technical training.
