KeenSen star product "BW-8040FR" anti-fouling reverse osmosis membrane element is applied in reuse of printing and dyeing wastewater, it is installed more than 500pcs for this projectin May, 2020, and well instead of imported membrane .

Project on Site

The life of printing and dyeing wastewater reuse equipment for this project is more than 15 years. The pre-treatment of RO system is multi-media filter, without UF membrane, the characteristics of wastewater is high temperature, salt and COD, chemical cleaning is frequently. The total number of chemical cleanings is more than 40 times after KeenSen membrane installed dated from September, 2019, but the permeate flow and salt rejection of RO system are still stable (see below), KeenSen BW-8040FR RO membrane has excellent performance of anti-fouling and cleaning recovery.

KeenSen is not satisfied with current achievements, KeenSen technical engineer takes back the first membrane element in the first stage of RO system which has been cleaned more than 40 times for research and analysis, the salt rejection is tested above 99.0%. KeenSen will research on product performance characterization and microanalysis for used product, continuously research and development, making product improved.
