Great Success in Coal Chemical Project

KeenSen has achieved a great success in reclaimed water and concentrated saline water reuse project for a large coal chemical company in Inner Mongolia. KeenSen Fouling Resistant membrane has been applied in their reclaimed water project since 2018.The customer is satisfied with the stable operation and permeate flow  after one year’s observation, and it strengthens their confidence of using domestic membranes.

In 2020, KeenSen has won the project bid of reclaimed water reuse and concentrated saline sea water membrane. All products passed the initial acceptance in the recent installing and commissioning.The customer highly recognized the initial installation performance of the concentrated saline sea water membrane project, they stated KeenSen membranes are the best among the domestic brands they have used and can be comparable with the imported brands. They hope to have deeper cooperation with KeenSen in the future membrane replacement projects.

The designed treatment capacity of the reclaimed water reuse plant is 500m³/h, which is mainly used for the treatment of sewage, desalinated water drainage, and the replenishment of circulating water.The designed treatment capacity of the concentrated water plant is 100m³/h, which is mainly used to treat the high salinity concentrated water produced by the reclaimed water reuse plant ,sewerage of sewage circulating.Few high salinity concentrated water is evaporated to achieve the NZEC.
