Description

KeenSen HW-8040 is complex feedwater conditions. lt features a specialized fabrication process that enhances the membrane's hydrophilicity, charge properties, and surface roughness, reducing the growth and adsorption of contaminants and microorganisms. The 34mil feed spacer design minimizes fouling, reduces pressure drop, and simplifies cleaning, thereby extending the membrane's lifespan.

It is primarily used for treating water with salinity ranging from 5,000-20,000 mg/L,including reclaimed water, wastewater, RO concentrate. Typical applications include power plants, steel plant, electroplating, petrochemicals, coal chemicals, textile dyeing, and municipal wastewater treatment.

HW-8040

The HW-8040 membrane product is an anti-fouling aromatic polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane element developed by Keensen High-Tech for use under complex influent conditions. This series uses a special membrane-making process to improve the hydrophilicity, charge, and roughness of the membrane sheet, reducing the growth and adsorption of pollutants and microorganisms on the membrane surface during operation.
